My academic background combines a multidisciplinary foundation in Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Law, and Management – Organizational Behavior offering a comprehensive understanding of human behavior across counseling and organizational contexts.
I have completed a three-year postgraduate professional training in the psychoanalytic–psychodynamic approach to counseling shaping a thoughtful, in-depth, and relational therapeutic perspective.
I am an accredited mediator certified by the Hellenic Ministry of Justice.
My continued professional development includes advanced training in areas such as emotional trauma, emotional health, aggression, personality disorders, and mediation.
